From November 2nd to 3rd, Yankai Xia  led a team to Peking University First Affiliated Hospital and Peking University Third Hospital for cohort work supervision and on-site exchanges.

On November 2, the supervision team came to Peking University Third Hospital. At the special meeting, Professor Rong  Li from the Third Hospital of Beijing Medical College gave an overall report on the recent cohort work. Dean Yankai Xia had a discussion and exchange with the on-site staff. After the meeting, the center supervision team visited the biological sample library.

On November 3, Dean Yankai  Xia led the supervision team to the First Affiliated Hospital of Peking University. The follow-up rate, sample collection rate, and loss-to-follow-up rate of the First Affiliated Hospital of Peking University are relatively satisfactory. The cohort runs smoothly as a whole, and the completion of questionnaires and samples are good. Dean Yankai Xia and Professor Hongyan Jin from the First Affiliated Hospital of Peking University exchanged the details of the project progress.

Through this supervision, the subject person in charge of the sub-center has clarified that the focus of future work is to increase the recruitment of the ART cohort, reduce the loss to follow-up rate, strengthen the follow-up of children, reduce sample omissions, and strengthen the management and use of funds. In response to related deficiencies, corresponding measures have been taken to solve the problem as soon as possible.
